Updated Net Surplus Calculator

Version 5.0.59 of the Net Surplus Calculator (NSC) has been created and will be effective Wednesday 21 February 2018. All new applications submitted to the Bank for assessment from the 21 February 2018 must contain servicing evidence using the NSC v5.0.59.
