Mercury users can also access assistance quickly by clicking on a handy Help icon in Mercury. You get the choice of sending your enquiry to a friendly team member by email or using the Live Chat feature to get help instantly whilst you’re completing the task you want to perform. Members of the Mercury Helpdesk Team are situated in our Melbourne, Sydney and Perth offices so you’ll get help coverage from a real person for 10 hours a day, five days a week.

Everything you need to know about using Mercury is also documented in our Connective Wiki, which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere you have the internet.

You simply type your query into the Wiki Search Bar to find out what you need to know. You can access short, easy to follow videos demonstrating how to use each feature and perform each task. There are also step by step written instructions, informative articles and a wide variety of other resources that cater for the needs of all users from beginners to experts.
