Service Level Agreement & AIP Changes

In summary, an exceptional increase in application volumes has resulted in changes to our current assessment services levels. As a measure to improve these service levels to the broker network, effective Monday 25^th May 2020 we have made changes to the assessment process involving approval in principal applications.
