Interest Only Repayment Home Loan

Effective Monday 15 May 2017, the maximum LVR (inclusive of any capped mortgage insurance premium) for clients making Interest Only repayments will no longer be acceptable above 90%. This applies to both new loans and further loans (loan increases and top ups).
