HomeStart would like to expand on the salary sacrifice component of our Lending Policy (12.5.6) with regards to casual employees.

Section 12.5.6 of our Lending Policy stipulates that HomeStart multiplies the average weekly income by 48 weeks per year to account for sickness, holidays and public holidays.
