In summary, the Bank has announced changes to Your Way Home Loan and Your Way Plus Home Loan Fixed interest rates, effective 22 December 2021.

A revised serviceability calculator will be available from 22 December 2021 on our TMBL Broker Portal under Tools and calculators, which we have also attached for your reference.
