To ensure we achieve the right balance in recovering the costs to originate loans and remain competitively positioned in the market, the bank undertakes regular reviews of its fee structures and methodology. The last fee structure review was conducted in 2017 and the competitive landscape and cost to do business has changed considerably over this period.
