Connective is growing! Given the significant growth we have experienced with our membership, we have been very busy recruiting new staff to better support you. Over the last 12months our Mercury development team has doubled, and we have put on new staff in key broker facing roles such as more Broker Support Managers and more Compliance Support Managers.

In fact, today we have 3 new starters joining the team. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome:

Mark O’Shaughnessy, Head Of Wholesale (HOW). HOW is a new role at Connective, designed to reinforce our continued focus on best practice broker support services. Mark brings with him strong operational and sales leadership capabilities which he has acquired through 16 years of experience with major retail market players like Medibank and Flight Centre.

Sandra Ascenzo – Broker Relationship Manager Team Leader. Sandra is well-known at Connective after gaining excellent experience across many years with our member brokerages. Sandra joins us from My Local Broker where she was Lead Broker Support for a number of years.

Keerthi Damera – Mercury Helpdesk. With so many new brokerages coming on board, fast and efficient Mercury support is more important than ever! Keerthi joins us from NAB where she spent 5 years providing excellent Customer Service on their Service Desk.
