Glenn is Chief Executive Officer and a founding director of Connective, bringing more than two decades of experience in the mortgage broking and financial services industry. Since founding the business in 2003, he has led Connective’s growth into one of Australia’s leading aggregators, built on a model designed to support broker independence and long-term success. Glenn became CEO in 2014 and has played a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategy, culture and commitment to innovation. He is passionate about helping brokers grow their businesses through technology, education and a strong support network, while continuing to advocate for a fair and sustainable industry.

Mark was appointed Executive Director of Connective in 2006, having previously been the CEO at aggregator FAST. Mark brings with him a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of mortgage broking and lending. His vast experience and expertise spans operations, sales and relationship management. Mark is an active advocate of the industry and has recently been appointed to the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia Board.  
 
Mark is also the Deputy Chair of the Combined Industry Forum, an industry group guiding and implementing reforms to improve customer outcomes throughout the industry. Mark’s vision for the future of the industry strongly influences the direction that Connective takes in its dealings with broker members and lender partners.

Gingkai is Chief Operating Officer at Connective, bringing extensive experience across operations, strategy and business growth. Having been with Connective for many years, he has played a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, growth and evolution, helping to strengthen Connective’s position as Australia's leading aggregator.

As COO, Gingkai provides executive oversight across Connective’s broker distribution, leading the strategic initiatives, capabilities and service delivery that support our members and partners. He works closely with the executive leadership team to drive business performance and organisational growth, while ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional value to its members.

Gingkai is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes by aligning strategy, service and capability to support long-term business growth. Frank is Chief Financial Officer at Connective, bringing extensive commercial and financial leadership experience across a range of industries including financial services, retail and wholesale. A senior executive with a strong track record in driving business performance, Frank has led financial strategy, operational improvement and growth initiatives across both Australian and international markets. He is a trusted partner to the executive team, playing a key role in shaping Connective’s financial direction, supporting sustainable growth and ensuring strong governance and financial discipline across the business

Nicole has extensive financial services and consulting experience in strategy, people, culture and organisational development, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and shaping inclusive, values-driven workplaces. At Connective, she leads the people and culture function, partnering closely with leaders to support business growth, capability uplift and employee engagement. Nicole is passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and set up to succeed, ensuring Connective continues to attract and retain top talent.

Chin is Chief Technology Officer at Connective, bringing over 15 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation and technology delivery. He joined Connective in May 2024 and is responsible for driving the organisation’s technology strategy and advancing its platform capabilities, including Mercury Nexus. Chin combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance broker productivity and client outcomes. He is focused on ensuring Connective remains at the forefront of technology, with smarter, more efficient tools that support brokers in an increasingly complex lending environment.

Ashley is Chief Information Officer at Connective, bringing deep technical expertise and over a decade of experience within the business. Having progressed through a range of senior technology roles, he has been instrumental in evolving Connective's IT infrastructure, systems and operational capability. Ashley leads the organisation's IT and cybersecurity strategy, with a focus on delivering secure, resilient and high-performing technology that protects and supports brokers, partners and internal teams. He plays a key role in ensuring Connective continues to innovate while maintaining the robust security posture needed to deliver reliable, best-in-class technology experiences across the business.

Daniel is Group Legal Counsel at Connective, bringing nearly three decades of experience in financial services. He joined Connective in 2017 and is responsible for leading the organisation’s legal, risk and compliance functions. Daniel has held senior roles at Morgan Stanley and law firms including Allen & Overy and MinterEllison, where he gained extensive experience across banking, finance and institutional markets. At Connective, he plays a key role in strengthening governance, managing regulatory risk and supporting the business to operate with integrity and transparency. Daniel is focused on ensuring strong legal and compliance frameworks that support sustainable growth and protect both brokers and their clients.

Brent is Head of Connective Commercial & Asset Finance, bringing extensive experience across asset finance, commercial lending and broker development. Having held a number of leadership roles within Connective over many years, Brent has played a key role in building and scaling the asset finance offering and supporting brokers to diversify and grow their businesses. He leads the commercial and asset finance strategy, focused on expanding lender access, strengthening broker capability and delivering tailored solutions across increasingly complex lending scenarios. Brent is passionate about helping brokers unlock new growth opportunities and achieve better outcomes for their clients

Brad is Head of Strategic Member Engagement at Connective, bringing more than 20 years of experience across sales, operations and transformation within the financial services sector. Since joining Connective, he has led key areas of the broker channel, driving growth and strengthening engagement across the network. In his current role, Brad works closely with Connective’s top broker businesses to build deeper partnerships, translate insights into action and ensure member needs are reflected in the organisation’s strategy. He is passionate about elevating the broker experience and helping members unlock long-term growth opportunities.

Iain is Head of Broker Channel at Connective, bringing strong experience across sales leadership, product management and customer strategy within the banking and finance sector. Since joining Connective, he has progressed through a number of roles across member services, product and acquisition, playing a key role in driving broker growth and improving the member experience. Iain leads the broker channel strategy, focused on supporting brokers at every stage of their journey and helping them grow sustainable, high-performing businesses. He is passionate about delivering practical, client-focused outcomes and building capable, engaged teams that support long-term success.

Lorrie is Head of Marketing and Communications at Connective, with extensive experience across strategy, acquisition, communications and product marketing. Since joining Connective in 2018, she has played a key role in shaping the brand, driving growth and strengthening engagement with both brokers and partners. Lorrie leads the marketing function with a focus on delivering clear, practical and broker-focused communications that support business growth. She is passionate about connecting strategy with execution to ensure marketing delivers meaningful outcomes for both the business and its members

Amanda is Head of Governance at Connective, bringing extensive experience across risk, compliance and regulatory oversight within the financial services sector. Having been with Connective for over a decade, she has progressed through a number of roles across compliance and risk, playing a key role in strengthening the organisation’s governance framework. Amanda leads the governance function, focused on maintaining high professional standards, supporting brokers to meet their regulatory obligations and embedding a strong compliance culture across the network.
