Your Sales Manager will introduce you to your dedicated Partnership Manager, already across your business and what matters to you.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. There are no lock-in contracts. We believe brokers should stay with Connective because they're receiving exceptional support, technology and value—not because they're contractually required to.

Will I have a dedicated contact?

You’ve always got support at Connective, whenever you need it. You'll have a dedicated Partnership Manager as your primary point of contact, backed by experienced Onboarding and Accreditations specialists. Whether you're getting started, growing your business, or navigating change, you'll have a team of experts ready to support you.

What about timing if I've got a live pipeline?

Many brokers make the switch while managing a live pipeline. Our team has extensive experience helping brokers transition at the right time and in the right way. We'll work with you to develop a tailored transition plan that minimises disruption, protects your existing opportunities, and gives you confidence throughout the process.
