‘Elevate and Inspire’ launched as our 2020 Learning and Development program

Themed ‘Elevate and Inspire’, this year’s program comprises of more than 150 events, ranging from compliance and business growth workshops, professional development days, networking functions, lender exhibitions, and a series of Empower events that are designed to support female brokers to grow their businesses, learn and connect with each other.

Following record attendance levels in 2019, this year’s program will cater for professional development across residential mortgages, commercial lending and asset finance, and will culminate with the national conference to be held in October.

2020 provides us with an opportunity to build on this momentum by supporting our brokers to elevate themselves and their business, inspire their peers, and serve our clients in the best possible way.

Our Learning and Development program has always been at the core of our proposition, and our focus on providing our brokers with the knowledge and skills to thrive in an evolving environment has never been greater.

In 2019 we were recognised for our industry-leading learning and development program as winners of the MFAA Professional Development Award and ABA Best Training Program of the Year.

In our latest Net-Promoter-Score survey, Connective’s Learning and Development program ranked third as a support service that positively differentiates it. Our overall NPS was 65.2, a record high and up from 50 last year.
