Once you get their go ahead and have obtained your Cert IV and Federal Police Report, we’ll work with you to help you complete all of the other steps necessary to join us and embark on your new career.
The minimum educational requirement to become a broker in Australia is a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. Many educational institutions offer this course, simply Google the course code FNS40811 or FNS40815 to find one that is right for you.
We also recommend that you obtain a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking at some point. This is the minimum course required by the MFAA to become one of their members.
An Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing Certificate is also a mandatory requirement for all brokers in Australia. It must be completed before you can commence writing loans, however it takes just of couple of hours to complete.
