Connective Membership Survey

Terms & Conditions

All Connective brokers who submit a response to the survey are eligible to go in the draw to win a $200 voucher of their choice.

The Membership Survey will remain open from 11 September 2023 to 15 September 2023.

Only one survey submission per broker is permitted.

The winner will be notified via email by 26 September.

The winner will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that is drawn by a Connective representative by random, at 20/567 Collins St Melbourne, Vic 3000.

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. Prizes will be delivered via email or mail to the winner.

Should a brokers contact details change during the promotional period, it is the broker’s responsibility to notify Connective.

Total individual prizes are up to value of $200 (including GST). If a Prize is unavailable for any reason, Connective may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the prize winner.
