Updates on Home Loan Policy and Servicing calculator

A number of the Bank’s Home Loan Policies are being updated. The policy changes are effective from 17 June 2019, and apply to all retail lending applications received on or after Monday 17 June 2019.The servicing calculator has also been updated to reflect the ASIC legislated changes relating to the calculation of card cards when assessing a personal lending application [e.g. Home Loan, Personal Loan, etc].
