Updates on First Home Loan Deposit Scheme

We are excited to let you know that the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) will be available in the NAB’s broker channel from tomorrow – 1 February 2020.

This aligns with the National Housing Finance & Investment Corporation’s release of a further 2,000 FHLDS places for major lenders and 5,000 for minor lenders on the same date.

As you know, the Australian Government’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) was launched on 1 January this year, since it went live the FHLDS has attracted significant interest.
