Updated Break Cost Calculation Methodology

In response to a significant market shift towards fixed rate mortgages, we have taken the opportunity to review our processes and look for ways to enhance the customer experience regarding break costs for fixed rate loans.

The attached memo explains some changes we will make to break costs in more detail. These changes will take effect from 1 July 2021.
