Update: Design and Distribution Obligations and & Basic Minimum Loan Amount Change

As you are all aware ASIC is introducing new regulations to protect consumers of retail financial products as a result of the royal commission and the key requirement of this regulation is the creation of a Target Market Determination (TMD) for all in scope products and will come into effect from Tuesday 5 October 2021.
