Reduction to the maximum LVR to 90% for constructions loans

As you know, Suncorp is committed to responsible lending. To ensure we continue to appropriately manage risk, we have reduced the maximum LVR for construction loans to 90%.

While the maximum LVR parameters for construction loans is limited to 90% inclusive of lenders mortgage insurance (LMI), Turn Key house and land packages remain unchanged, at a maximum of 95% LVR inclusive of LMI.
