Important Policy Updates

With the impacts of COVID-19 now starting to affect various employment sectors and types of employment Auswide Bank has been working on managing these impacts within our day to day lending practices. Already we are seeing high volumes of existing customer’s contacting us seeking assistance to help them through this uncertain time.

Based on the current situation as we know it today we have updated our credit policy with regards to Casual Employment.
It is important to note that this is not a permanent change, however at this stage it is considered a prudent and responsible lending measure for customer’s with this income type.
