Homeloans Optima Product Changes

Effective 19 February 2018, variable rates will be reduced for Homeloans Optima investment loans with principal and interest and interest only repayments. Fixed rates have been adjusted to suit market conditions. Additional fixed rate tiers have been introduced for owner occupied & investment principal & interest loans. In line with the quarterly release of the new Household Expenditure Measure (HEM), we’ve updated the serviceability calculator.
