First Home Loan Deposit Scheme Changes

In summary, The National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC) has advised effective 1 September ATO Notice of Assessment (NOA) must be provided prior to Pre-Approval for First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) applications.

This means applicants need to complete tax returns and obtain NOA prior to the Bank securing a Pre-Approval place in the FHLDS.
