First Home Loan Deposit Scheme – Certificate allocations exhausted

In summary, all available certificates for the Federal Governments First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) have been exhausted for all lenders.

For any submitted application, that has not been allocated a certificate, brokers will be required to consider Lenders Mortgage Insurance as an alternative if applications are able to proceed without the assistance from the FHLDS. This applies to all our divisions.
