Rates are now available from 3.74% on Connective Home Loans Smart Options by Macquarie and Essentials by Advantedge !

Effective today (July 3, 2017), new business rates will reduce on P&I Loans for Owner Occupier home loans with Connective Home Loans Smart Options by Macquarie. These fantastic rate reductions will give you some of the sharpest rates in the industry:

Principle & Interest Loans / Owner Occupiers

• Reducing by 0.02% in the < 80% LVR tier
• Reducing by 0.05% in the < 90% and < 95% LVR tiers
• We’re also introducing a new < 70% LVR tier. This rate will be 0.10% lower than the < 80% LVR tier rate.
