Design & Distribution Obligations

As you will be aware, on 5 October 2021 Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) become effective across Australia and apply to all issuers and distributors of retail financial products.  The DDO regime provides a framework for all issuers and distributors of these products to focus on consumer outcomes throughout the design and distribution process.
