COVID-19 customer support continues with changes to the policy

Suncorp maintains its commitment and support for customers experiencing financial difficulty as a result of COVID-19. To assist customers who apply for relief for the first time after 29 September, 2020 Suncorp will make a full assessment of their application and implement an updated application process. The updated process will ensure each customer is assessed based on their individual situation and allows Suncorp to provide the appropriate relief suited to their requirements.
