Connective Home Loans Select replaces Adelaide Bank loan products

From Monday 16 September 2019, Adelaide Bank loan products are only accessible through Connective Home Loans Select for new customers.

Adelaide Bank and Connective have made a joint decision to remove the Adelaide Bank branded loan products from the Connective panel. This change ensures that Connective can provide optimal support for Connective Select and enables Adelaide Bank to increase their investment in supporting Connective Select to deliver better broker outcomes. This change will also remove duplication of products and support across both businesses.

What is changed?

• Adelaide Bank loan products has been removed from our lender panel in Mercury and no longer appears in product comparisons or the borrowing capacity calculator.
• Adelaide Bank Commercial products will remain available to Connective brokers and their customers.
• For new customers who would have been suited to an Adelaide Bank branded product, Connective Select provides an equivalent option available exclusively through Connective brokers.

What do I need to do?

• If you are not yet accredited with Connective Select, please get accredited via the Services Tab. Your existing Adelaide Bank broker ID can no longer be used.
