Common Reporting Standards

As you are aware,  the Australian Government committed to new Common Reporting Standards which came into effect on 1 July 2017. As a result, Individual or Foreign entity foreign tax residency self-certification forms must be completed by all applicants/entities/guarantors and submitted together with the commercial loan application.
