To ensure your CHL Essentials settlements are completed prior to the Christmas holiday period, please note the following cut-off dates:
Valuation requests over the holiday period
Leading into the holiday period, please keep in mind the following valuation process when submitting valuation requests and speaking with your customers.
Residential valuation requests will continue to be processed as normal throughout the holiday period.
Please note: Valuation requests submitted between 5pm (AEDT) Tuesday 18 December 2018 and Sunday 6 January 2019 will not be assigned to the NAB Valuations Team to be completed due to their annual shutdown. Valuation requests submitted during this period will be completed by a panel valuation firm.
All non-residential requests received by NAB Valuations between 5pm (AEDT) Tuesday 18 December 2018 and Sunday 6 January 2019 will be processed from Monday 7 January 2019.
