In summary, effective 9 December 2020 TMBL has changed the way Home Loan Application More Information Requests are communicated, using Applyonline application back channel messages rather than emails to the broker network.
To ensure all our accredited brokers receive these back channel messages it is important to promote the requirement to ensure all brokers update their Applyonline settings to select to receive ‘emails’ and SMS’ under the event category ‘Outstanding Items’ for all our ‘Lender’ divisions.
