Changes on Policy

As of today, 1^st July 2019 the new Banking Code of Practice comes into effect for home loan applications submitted to Citibank after 30 June 2019. The Banking Code of Practice represents a stronger commitment to ethical behavior, responsible lending, greater protection for consumers and an increased level of transparency.  It introduces a number of changes designed to make banking products and services more client focused and easier to comprehend.
