We’ve reduced our variable rates for investment loans with principal and interest and interest only repayments. We’ve also adjusted some of our fixed rates, aligning LVR bands to variable rates while taking into account market conditions. we’ve updated our serviceability calculator. The new measures are effective from 19 February 2018.
