Currently Citi applies a discount to the gross rental income of 20% for all standard Residential properties excluding WA which receives a 30% discount to gross rent. With falling rents and an increase to vacancy rates Citi has deemed it necessary to increase the discount to the gross rental income to 25% for all standard Residential properties nationally excluding WA which remains unchanged.
