Change in Implementation Date for Net Surplus Calculator

Version 5.0.59 of the Net Surplus Calculator (NSC), has a new effective date, Wednesday 21 March 2018. All new applications submitted to the Bank for assessment from the 21 March 2018 must contain servicing evidence using the NSC v5.0.59.
