Contact Rolodex - TFS has a complete alphabetic address list of all your contacts, searchable by name, phone number and address.
Like all data in TFS, you only need to enter contact details once for each client to make them available throughout the system.
Loan Tracking allows you to track each customer's case from the first call until after the loan is settled. See who's dealing
with the client, the loan amount, lender and next scheduled contact; all in a single screen. Sort by any field, or filter by the status of the case.
Task Manager lets you create and manage tasks. Name each task, set a due date, attach it to a client, delegate it to an associate.
Then filter by the due date or associate, see which tasks are overdue, or record the task as completed. Dates are selected from a calendar throughout TFS.
