Property Planning Australia has used Connective since July 2004. Glenn and team are helpful and approachable – a pleasure to deal with. Their 4D customised software and database has been specifically designed to cater for mortgage brokers and has helped us to streamline our finance administration and provide a seamless service to our clients. The database puts everything close at hand – interest rates, lenders’ fees, income calculators, loan tracking system etc., and gives us the ability to produce all sorts of reports to monitor internal statistics.
Connective’s progressive commission structure with the 100% of up front and trail commissions option is certainly in the best interests of the mortgage broker, as opposed to some aggregator’s payment structures. Connective also allow you to own the trail commissions and take them with you should you choose to leave, which provides peace of mind for any business owner. We find Connective reliable and prompt at paying commissions, so we’re not left high and dry, and we don’t have to spend valuable time chasing them up.
