Direct Access allows you to deal directly with the lenders so you can build rapport with BDMs and control your deals from lodgement to settlement. It also enables you to share in volume bonuses that we negotiate with lenders on our panel without having to write significant volumes yourself. This is the preferred option for experienced asset and equipment brokers, or brokers regularly assisting business clients with their financing needs.

EasyLodge Access

Save time on the backend work
EasyLodge Access takes care of all the backend work for you, including credit submission, documentation and settlement. It’s a good option if you lack the time or expertise to write asset finance loans yourself. You get a multi-lender quoting system that enables you to compare payments and commissions between lenders quickly and accurately. There’s also a tracking system that lets you follow your deals through every stage of the process and marketing tools to help you generate new business.

Mix & Match

Get the best of both worlds
This option is for brokers who maintain some direct accreditation with lenders, but don’t have the volume to maintain a full panel of lenders. It allows you to Mix & Match the best features of Direct Access and EasyLodge Access so you can deal directly with some lenders and reserve the option of dealing with the lenders on our panel via EasyLodge when you need other solutions. This expands the options you can offer your clients and gives you more flexibility with the service you can provide.

Referral Model

Remain a mortgage specialist
For brokers who would prefer to remain a mortgage specialist, the Connective Asset Finance Referral Model provides a profitable option that allows you to delegate your asset finance opportunities to an expert and still retain 50% commission on every deal.
