We are pleased to advise we will be reducing some new business interest rates for Owner Occupied loans. We have also introduced a new tier for loan amounts of $1 million or more with interest rates starting from 3.64% p.a. These interest rates will apply for new Owner Occupied applications formally approved from Friday 29 September 2017.
