At Heritage we are always looking for ways to improve our customer service. From Monday, 22nd May we have introduced phone loops into our Loan Processing teams to help you quickly access the right person for any enquiries you may have.

Please note that for any non-urgent enquiries, in the first instance you should always check the Loan Tracker on the Broker Website – brokers.heritage.com.au – as our teams are committed to updating the website at each stage of the checking process.
