Fixed Rate Cap Election

Effective Saturday, 3 June 2017, the Fixed Rate Cap Agreement and Cap Fee Disclaimer forms will be merged into one simplified form. The new Fixed Rate Cap Election Form must be completed for all new fixed interest rate home loan applications including transfers to a fixed rate product, to capture the customer’s decision to cap or not cap a fixed rate.
