Changes to Investor Home Loan Rates

Please be advised that effective Monday 3 July 2017, Suncorp will:

• Increase Investment Variable standard rates by 0.12% p.a. for all new and existing customers
• Increase Investment 1 & 2 Fixed standard rates by 0.12% p.a. for new customers
• Decrease Owner Occupied 2 and 3 Year Fixed standard rates by 0.10%p.a. for new customer
