Connective Excellence Awards Nominations close July 3!

Congratulations MPA TOP 10!

The July issue of MPA Magazine features their list of Australia’s Top 10 Independent Brokerages for 2017. We’re very pleased to see that three of those high-performing brokerages are Connective members. Please join us in congratulating them on their success.

# 1. Australian Lending & Investment Centre

Jason Back, Mark Davis, Kevin Agent and the team at ALIC have won the top spot four years in a row. With 9 loan writers on board, their settlements reached $736,835,397 by March 2017 and their loan book was at $2,817,000,000. They also have an impressive conversion rate of 97%.

# 2. 1st Street Financial

1st Street Financial have 9 loan writers, with settlements at $719,345,190 by March 2017. Their total loan book was at $4,288,378,000 and their conversion rate was 95%.

# 6. Acceptance Finance

Still going strong is one of our most exceptional Victorian brokerages, Acceptance Finance. With 13 loan writers they achieved $313,441,538 and grew their loan book to $1,249,100,000 by March this year. Their conversion rate is also impressive, standing at 93%.
